Foshan All Sun Group (ASIC), an international trade group, consists of three subordinate companies: 



Foshan General Success Trading Co., Ltd. has registered capital of USD625,000 and was established in January 2002. It is privately operated and has been awarded the foreign trade right of importing and exporting approved by the National Commercial Ministry of China. 



Foshan Promising Trading Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of USD120,000 and was established in 2003. It is also privately operated and has been awarded foreign trade rights. All Sun International Industry Co., Ltd. was founded and registered in Hong Kong in November 2003. 



General Success and Promising companies are both located in the Pearl River Delta. 



Our company's business scale includes the import and export of various raw materials, equipment production lines, spare parts, mechanism light industry, electronics, hardware, building construction materials, processing investors' raw material, processing according to samples, assembling and compensation trade, joint ventures, and import export agent. 



Our export turnover has risen rapidly, from USD7,000,000 in 2002 to USD11,000,000 in 2003, and in the first half of 2004 we already had a turnover topping USD10,000,000. The products we export can be divided into over 100 different categories. They are sold to clients in America, Australia, Korea, Southeast Asia, the Indian subcontinent, and the Middle East.
